ROBOTIC-ATM INC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Users are solely responsible for monitoring their trading accounts and ensuring that the software operates as intended. Automated trading systems can malfunction due to technical errors, connectivity issues, data feed problems, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The S-RATM ROBOT subscription is offered at $1.00 USD for the first 30 days (trial period), followed by $99.00 USD per month thereafter. The trial charge of $1.00 is non-refundable. Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription days. All sales are final after the trial period.
ROBOTIC-ATM INC. reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
The S-RATM ROBOT, including all associated Pine Script v6 code, NinjaTrader 8 C# code, indicators, algorithms, documentation, and materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ROBOTIC-ATM INC. All rights reserved.
Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal trading purposes only. Redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, decompilation, or sharing of the software or its underlying code with any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription and legal action.
ROBOTIC-ATM INC. is not registered as an investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, broker-dealer, or any other regulated financial entity with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any other regulatory body.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the S-RATM ROBOT complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. The software may not be available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ROBOTIC-ATM INC. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the S-RATM ROBOT or any information provided on this website.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the software or services is to discontinue use and cancel your subscription. The total liability of ROBOTIC-ATM INC. to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the preceding 30-day period.
